After four days of proceedings and more than five hours of jury deliberation, Antonio Buehler was found not guilty the evening of Oct. 29, 2014.
Antonio Buehler, founder of Peaceful Streets Project. His trial over whether he disobeyed a lawful order when he refused to stop filming police is set to wrap up shortly after our show. We will continue to follow the case.

Citizens Oversight Project - Election Integrity Snapshot Protocol

This video explains the Snapshot Protocol, a procedure which can be deployed in any CA county and in many states. This seminar was conducted in San Diego on Oct 12, 2014 in preparation for the November 2014 election cycle. We need more people to be involved to spend a few hours each election cycle, to send a letter to the Registrar of Voters and pick up a "Snapshot CD".
